There are two. Very important things that I forgot to add to this review. :

CINDY and her staff are bilingual: that is a very important in our border city of El Paso!

Finally, and possibly the most important point:

Having an accident is scary, depressing and just downright upsetting…. …emotions run high, even if it’s “just a fender bender”.

CINDY and her staff are sensitive to one’s emotions…. You walk away with the feeling that:
